On the sign-in page - click the “Forgot Password” link. If you’re already signed in - click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of the Student Dashboard page, then select “My Account”. Once on the “Your Profile” page, select “Password” on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter your current password to confirm the change. You can also contact [email protected], and we will update your password for you.
Sign in to the site and click on the “Account” icon on the top right corner, followed by “My Account”. Once on the “Your Profile” page, scroll down to “Site Language” and select preferred language, then “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. This will not change the language of course contents but the default text on the website.
Yes. You can go back to previous lessons as often as you like for a year, and it will not affect your course progress unless you click “Mark Incomplete.”
Refresh the page. If the video is still not loading, try clearing your browser cache or logging into the training in a different browser. If the issue persists, try a different device/internet connection - corporate firewalls can sometimes prevent our training videos from loading.
Once you’ve completed all required lessons for a course, you will be issued a training certificate. You can access the certificate from within the course (Click on “Get Your Certificate” under the progress bar on the left). You can also find it under your account. To do so, go back to your student dashboard and click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of the page, then click “My Account”, once on the “Your Profile” page, select “Certificates” on the left-hand side of the page. From here, you’re able to access and download any of your course certificates from our training.
